The Department of Agrobioscience aims to apply knowledge gained from analyzing phenomena related to the natural environment and living organisms, using perspectives based on biology and chemistry. We produce human resources with the specialized knowledge, skills and a sense of ethics necessary to understand and analyze a variety of natural phenomena from the molecular and cellular levels to the ecosystem level.
Applied Chemistry in Bioscience
Working primarily from a biochemical perspective, we teach the core knowledge and techniques required to understand phenomena related to food production process and living organisms, and the specialist ability to use these knowledge.
Plant Health, Environment and Biotechnology
Our course offers lectures and practical exercises to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to analyze various biological phenomena within diverse agricultural and natural ecosystems. It also aims to help students develop agri-ecosystems that are safe, efficient, and sustainable by fostering a deep understanding of the relationships between organisms and their environment while preserving ecosystem balance.
